Meet Rachael Wright: Your Qualified Naturopathic Nutritionist

 

I'm passionate about helping people discover the transformative power of food as medicine. As a certified Naturopathic Nutritional Advisor, I combine rigorous training with genuine curiosity about how nutrition can address the root causes of health challenges.

My journey into naturopathic nutrition began with my own health transformation and a deep fascination with how the body heals itself when given the right support. This personal experience, combined with my professional training, gives me unique insight into both the science and the human experience of healing.

  1. Certified Naturopathic Nutritional Advisor (School of Health, Stroud, UK) with over 200 hours of clinical experience and training
  2. Currently studying Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist (Advanced Level)

I believe you have the right to understand your body and the reasoning behind every recommendation. My goal is to educate and empower you to make informed decisions about your health, not just follow a plan without understanding how it benefits you personally.

Long-term Results

In some cases, quite quickly, we see a return of energy, a stabilisation of mood, reduction in symptoms. In others it can take more time, it just depends on your starting point. The results are for the long term because you have the knowledge of how to support yourself.
